Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

Q2: Do you get the relevant certifications?

A: Yes, we have ISO 9001:2008, ISO4001:2004, CE, ROHS, UL, BIFM, SAA, etc.

 

Q3: What’s your MOQ?

A: Our wholesale MOQ is 30 sets, sample order MOQ is 1 set.

 

Q4:  How long is lead time?

A:  15-30 days, we have some stock for samples.

 

Q5: How will you deal with warranty claims?

A: We support a 5-year warranty for all parts, and replace defective parts one for one.

 

Q6:  Do you sell desk frames only or with desktops?

A:  We sell height-adjustable desk frames with or without desktops.

 

Q7: What’s the payment term?

A: T/T, Paypal, Western Union, Moneygram, Paypal, etc. 30% deposit before mass production, and 70% for the balance before the shipment. But 100% payment for sample orders.

 

Q8: How will you ship my goods?

A: sample orders generally shipped by express, like DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT/Armex.

  Other order quantities over 10 sets shipped by sea/train/truck.

Q9: Do you offer OEM/ODM service? What’s the MOQ?

A: Yes. Our OEM&ODM service includes customizing product sizes, branding(eg: Putting your logo on the cartons, Printing your logo on the LED display), etc. The MOQ depends on your specific demands. Please contact our sales team for more details.

 

Q10: How can I visit your factory or office showroom?

A: Sure welcome to visit our company Vaka in Guangzhou China. You just need to contact our sales teams to make the appointment, and we’ll arrange to pick you up at the airport or railway station once you arrive.
